I am the most happy when around dogs and have always dreamt of running my own business. So I am very excited to be able to say Happy Hounds Skye is open for business offering professional care and services for the dogs of Skye from my home in Portree. 

From my newly refurbished home salon, Happy Hounds Skye provides professional and gentle dog grooming based on trust in a loving, calm and relaxed home environment for dogs of all breeds, shapes, sizes and ages. 

I am fully insured and trained including my Canine First Aid certificate. 

The amazing Anna joined the business in September 2024 as an assistant groomer but we are delighted that she will be working as a fully trained dog groomer for us from mid March 2026 when Happy Hounds will re-open after a small break. I will be around to initially support Anna and do hope to return to work later this year when wee Emma is a bit bigger!

Of course Hugo, my big spotty four legged business partner won't be far from my side to meet and greet you all too.
